Prestige è un appartamento di 110 m² al quarto piano di un palazzo con ascensore, ristrutturato a ottobre 2025. Boiserie bianche alle pareti, pavimento a spina di pesce e un lampadario soffiato a mano; la cucina è Scavolini. Le tre camere misurano dai 14 ai 18 m² e hanno letti queen da 170 × 200 cm, e i bagni sono tre.

Con il divano letto ospita otto persone. Finestre e porte con tripli vetri tengono fuori rumore e calore, e ogni stanza ha il suo condizionatore. I bagni hanno piatti doccia in resina, lavabi in microcemento e specchi retroilluminati. Wi-Fi in ogni stanza, self check-in con serratura smart. Di fronte non c'è nessun palazzo: le finestre guardano la chiesa dei Santi Marcellino e Pietro, e di lato si vedono il Colosseo e il Vittoriano.

  “Absolutely obsessed with this Airbnb. I was traveling with my mom and her friend, so it was such a treat to have our own room and own bathroom. The place was extremely clean and location was perfect. There’s a restaurant as soon as you walk to your left and has very fair prices and pretty delicious. The host also left us a water bottle in the refrigerator, which was so thoughtful after a long day of traveling. We would definitely book again if we ever came back. Thank you so much!”

The space was so big, and looked just like the photos! it was so clean and fit our family perfect! it was walking distance to the colosseum but a little further from everything else (but this was not a bad thing). would definitely stay here if we go to Rome again!”
