Prestige is a 110 m² apartment on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, renovated in October 2025. White panelled walls, a herringbone floor and a hand-blown chandelier; the kitchen is by Scavolini. The three bedrooms measure 14 to 18 m² each and have queen-size beds, 170 × 200 cm, and there are three bathrooms.

With the sofa bed it sleeps eight. Triple-glazed windows and doors keep out noise and heat, and every room has its own air conditioning. The bathrooms have resin shower trays, microcement basins and backlit mirrors. Wi-Fi in every room, smart-lock self check-in. Nothing is built opposite: the windows face the church of Santi Marcellino e Pietro, and from the side you see the Colosseum and the Vittoriano.

The place was extremely clean and location was perfect. There’s a restaurant as soon as you walk to your left and has very fair prices and pretty delicious. The building is in the Celio, at the Lateran end of Via di San Giovanni in Laterano; the Colosseum is at the other end of the same street, 12 minutes on foot. San Giovanni metro (lines A and C) and Manzoni (line A) are both 10 minutes away.
