- Send the request: we reply by email with a single offer for the whole group, with payment and cancellation terms.
- Each apartment has its own self check-in from 15:00: everyone arrives when it suits them, without waiting for the others.

How many people can stay with you near the Colosseum?
Up to 32 across our five apartments: Poliziano and Prestige sleep eight each, Marco Aurelio and San Giovanni II six each, San Giovanni I four.
How far apart are the apartments?
A few hundred metres: the furthest two are about 550 metres apart as the crow flies, around ten minutes on foot. All five are between 6 and 12 minutes on foot from the Colosseum.
Is there a discount for booking several apartments?
Yes: 5% off the total when you book two or more apartments for the same dates.
Can a group of ten stay in the same building?
Yes. San Giovanni I (up to four) and San Giovanni II (up to six) are in the same building at Via di San Giovanni in Laterano 84.
Do we have to book all five apartments?
No. Any combination of two or more apartments gets the group discount: the page suggests the one that costs least for your group size.
