The apartment was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. You can see the Colosseum from the street, and the restaurant downstairs was also quite good. The area felt safe and comfortable. A good place to stay in Rome.
We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is an excellent apartment. Firstly, it’s location is amazing, super close to the Colosseum with plenty of restaurants and shops below. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are clean and modern. Highly recommend!
Gorgeous spacious apartment. Very clean. The apartment is well stocked, has everything you would need. While the apartment is on the first floor, elevator is a great plus if you have heavy luggage. Easy walk to Colosseum and close to a lot of restaurants.
Absolutely obsessed with this Airbnb. I was traveling with my mom and her friend, so it was such a treat to have our own room and own bathroom. The place was extremely clean and location was perfect. There’s a restaurant as soon as you walk to your left and has very fair prices and pretty delicious. The host also left us a water bottle in the refrigerator, which was so thoughtful after a long day of traveling. We would definitely book again if we ever came back. Thank you so much!
We loved our stay at this apartment in rome! The space was so big, and looked just like the photos! it was so clean and fit our family perfect! it was walking distance to the colosseum but a little further from everything else (but this was not a bad thing). would definitely stay here if we go to Rome again!
What a beautiful apartment! It’s large and spotless. We were in Italy during the heatwave and this apartment was an oasis from the heat! It set a high standard.
For future stays, it would be helpful to have a second set of keys.

Yes. Poliziano and Prestige have three bedrooms and three bathrooms for up to eight guests; Marco Aurelio and San Giovanni II have two of each for up to six. A travel cot is available on request in every apartment. The Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Circus Maximus are within walking distance.
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability.
It puts the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine within walking distance, and the metro 8 to 11 minutes from each of our doors, on lines A, B and C, for the rest of the city. The streets around the apartments are residential.
Marco Aurelio and Prestige are in the Celio, one of Rome's seven hills; Poliziano is in Monti. The two San Giovanni apartments are on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, which runs from the Colosseum to the Lateran between the two districts.
Marco Aurelio, Poliziano (first floor) and Prestige (fourth floor) are in buildings with a lift. San Giovanni I and II are on the first floor of a seventeenth-century building with no lift: one flight of stairs.
On foot, measured on Google Maps from each front door: Marco Aurelio, San Giovanni I and San Giovanni II 6 minutes, Poliziano 10, Prestige 12. The nearest metro stations are Colosseo (line B), Manzoni (line A) and San Giovanni (lines A and C).
