Colosseum Holidays offers two cancellation options. The one that applies to your stay is the one shown at the time of booking.
The two options
Non-refundable rate. The lowest price, with no flexibility. 100% of the booking total is non-refundable, regardless of when or why you cancel.
Flexible rate. Allows changes to your travel plans. You receive a 100% refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival receive no refund.
How to cancel
Email info@colosseumholidays.com with your booking reference and the name on the reservation. The cancellation date is the timestamp of your email.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
No-shows and early departures
Guests who do not arrive without notice forfeit any refund under both rates. Early departures are treated as cancellations after check-in and are non-refundable under both rates.
Exceptional circumstances
Extraordinary events — natural disasters, medical emergencies, government travel restrictions — are reviewed individually. Write to info@colosseumholidays.com.
