Three bedrooms of 14 to 18 m², each with a 170 × 200 cm queen bed, and a sofa bed for two. Fourth floor, with a lift. Renovated in October 2025.

Good to know before you book
- A travel cot is available on request in every apartment, and a high chair in Marco Aurelio, Poliziano and Prestige.
- Every bedroom has a double or queen bed; there are no single beds. Children share a bed or the sofa bed.
- One bathroom for every bedroom.
- A full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washing machine, in every apartment.
- Self check-in from 15:00 with a keypad or smart lock: no waiting for someone with the keys after a flight.

Can eight people stay together in one apartment near the Colosseum?
Yes. Poliziano (140 m², 10 minutes on foot from the Colosseum) and Prestige (110 m², 12 minutes) each have three double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sofa bed for two, for up to eight guests.
Do you have a cot and a high chair?
A travel cot is available on request in all five apartments. A high chair is available in Marco Aurelio, Poliziano and Prestige. Ask when you book.
Are there single beds?
No. Every bedroom has a double bed (queen size in Prestige) and the sofa bed in the living room sleeps two. In the three-bedroom apartments that means three couples, plus two on the sofa bed.
Which apartments have a lift?
Marco Aurelio, Poliziano and Prestige. San Giovanni II is on the first floor of a seventeenth-century building without one: one flight of stairs.
Can we come by car?
The garage next to Poliziano rents parking spaces. The other apartments have public parking nearby. From the airports, our private transfers take up to eight people in a minibus.

Arriving as a group?
Private transfers from Fiumicino and Ciampino at a fixed price: the minivan takes up to six people with their luggage, the minibus up to eight.
