Private transfer or taxi?
Book a transfer- The taxi flat fare only applies inside the Aurelian Walls and for up to four people: outside the centre, or with five of you, the meter runs.
- With us the price is the one you see before paying, for any address within 25 km of Rome. The minivan takes up to six people with their luggage, the minibus up to eight.
- The driver waits with a sign and already knows your address: no taxi queue and no directions to explain after a long flight.

How do I book an airport transfer in Rome?
Use the booking form on this page. Select pickup and drop-off locations, choose date and time, select your vehicle and pay securely online.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Leave us your flight number when you book: the driver checks your landing time before setting off and adjusts accordingly. If you land late he waits, at no extra cost. For very long delays or cancelled flights, email us and we'll rearrange together.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you see when booking is the total price. It includes tolls, parking, meet-and-greet at the terminal and standard waiting time.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes can be made anytime by contacting us by email.
How do Rome tours by the hour work?
Choose the pick-up point, the start time and how many hours you need the car — three minimum. The driver stays with you and you decide the stops. Book at least 24 hours ahead.
How much is a transfer from Termini or Tiburtina station?
It depends on how far your address is from the station, as the crow flies: within 10 km the city rate applies, beyond it the out-of-town rate. You see it in the form as soon as you pick the address, before paying. Give us your train number and the driver checks the arrival time.
How long does the transfer from Fiumicino to central Rome take?
Usually 40–55 minutes; 25–35 from Ciampino, 70–90 from Civitavecchia, 10–30 from the stations within 10 km. It can take longer at rush hour, but the price does not change: it is fixed.
Are there any surcharges?
Three, and you see them all in the summary before paying: €11 for rides between 22:00 and 06:00, €11 for a child seat, €11 if luggage exceeds one checked bag and one cabin bag per person. Tolls, parking and waiting are always included.
