Prestigeは、エレベーター付きの建物の5階にある110m²のアパートメントで、2025年10月に改装しました。白い腰壁パネル、ヘリンボーンの床、手吹きガラスのシャンデリア。キッチンはScavolini製です。3つのベッドルームはそれぞれ14〜18m²で、170×200cmのクイーンベッドを備え、バスルームも3室あります。

ソファベッドを使えば8名まで。三重ガラスの窓とドアが騒音と暑さを遮り、各部屋に個別のエアコンがあります。バスルームは樹脂製のシャワートレー、マイクロセメントの洗面ボウル、バックライト付きの鏡。全室Wi-Fi、スマートロックでセルフチェックイン。向かいに建物はなく、窓の正面にはサンティ・マルチェッリーノ・エ・ピエトロ教会、横手にはコロッセオとヴィットリアーノが見えます。

  “Absolutely obsessed with this Airbnb. I was traveling with my mom and her friend, so it was such a treat to have our own room and own bathroom. The place was extremely clean and location was perfect. There’s a restaurant as soon as you walk to your left and has very fair prices and pretty delicious. The host also left us a water bottle in the refrigerator, which was so thoughtful after a long day of traveling. We would definitely book again if we ever came back. Thank you so much!”
