At Colosseum Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change. To accommodate different needs, we offer two cancellation options when booking our vacation rental properties. Please read the details below carefully before making a reservation.


Cancellation Options


When booking a property on www.colosseumholidays.com, you can choose between:


A. Non-Refundable Rate

  • This rate offers the best value but comes with stricter terms.
  • 100% of the booking total is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the timing or reason.
  • This option is ideal for guests with fixed travel plans who want to secure the lowest available rate.

B. Flexible Cancellation

  • This option allows more flexibility for changing travel plans.
  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
  • If you cancel:
  • 14 or more days before check-in: You will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.



How to Cancel a Reservation

To cancel your reservation, please email us at info@colosseumholidays.com with your booking reference and the name on the reservation. Your cancellation date is based on the timestamp of your email.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

No-Shows and Early Departures

  • Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the chosen rate.
  • Early departures are treated as cancellations made after check-in and are non-refundable under both policies.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our cancellation terms are fixed, we understand that extraordinary events (such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or government travel restrictions) may occur.
